Refund Policy

This page describes when refunds apply on Social Stream Panel. Edit it to match your own rules.

1. Balance top-ups

Funds added to your account balance are generally non-refundable but remain available to spend on services.

2. Failed / cancelled orders

If an order fails or is cancelled by the provider, the amount is refunded back to your account balance automatically.

3. Partial delivery

If an order is only partially delivered, the undelivered portion is refunded to your balance.

4. Wrong orders

Orders placed with an incorrect link or on the wrong service are the customer's responsibility and are usually not refundable once submitted.

5. Support

If you believe an order was charged in error, open a support ticket with the order ID.
